Miranda McCarrell's resignation from the Board of Directors was accepted in August and Linda Auchterlonie--a veteran Director elected to your community's initial transition Board--was appointed to fill her term until March, 2015.
Your Board consists of:

Chris Jensen, Secretary
Harry Akaki, Treasurer
Linda Auchterlonie, Member at Large
These folks do an outstanding job of running the day-to-day business and making tough decisions on behalf of Pasadera Heights HOA, a non-profit corporation in the State of Washington. These five individuals carefully review and research supporting information, consult the governing documents, and always welcome owner and resident input. Chris has taken it upon himself to police the play area park and provide vandalism repair and grafitti cleaning.
Alessia Eng is the Chair of the Social Committee and Cori Twigg the only other member for organizing inclusive and fun events throughout the year--a spring Egg Hunt, Hot Summer Nights BBQ, community-wide garage sale, and a winter holiday event for children.
Please take a moment to thank these individuals for their volunteer efforts and consider taking a leadership roll yourself--the Social Committee desperately needs YOUR help to continue the great times Pasadera Heights has enjoyed over the years. Start a Landscape Committee to oversee common areas or a Communications Committee to adminster this website, publish newsletters, or suggest a committee of your choice. Remember, your neighborhood is only as pleasant and well-kept as you make it--dedicate your family to cleaning up after pets and waste left behind by others, helping out a neighbor in need, and volunteering your services to your HOA.
