REPORTING NON-EMERGENCY CRIME
Posted on Oct 14th, 2014
Here's a great resource to report non-emergency crimes:  www.mycrimereport.us which includes the Snohomish County Sheriffs office.  Submit your report where the loss is less than $5000, the address of the crime is known, but the perpetrator is not--e.g. for car break ins, graffiti/vandalism, etc.  Use this resource if you are uncomfortable calling 911 in a non-emergency or to report what you perceive as suspicious activity.
