Traffic Stop Signs for Safety

There have been many requests for "STOP" signs to be placed at the intersection of 119th Ave. SE and 22nd St. SE--if you would like to voice your concerns for this unprotected intersection, please direct your concern to:

2014 Assessment Budget

Your Pasadera Heights HOA Board of Directors will be holding a membership Budget Ratification Meeting on Wednesday, October 23rd, at 7:00PM (see Upcoming Events column, right).  A mailer was sent to each household and contains the 2014 budget approved by the Board--reflecting no change in the annual assessment--as well as information supporting each budget line item and the state mandated Reserves. Please plan to attend the meeting and ask questions you may have of your Board and Community Associaiton Manager.
 
Community Traffic Signage

Several weeks ago, the Snohomish County Traffic Operations Department installed "no parking" signs on streets throughout our community.  These streets support parking on one side of the street only to allow for safer traffic flow and access for emergency vehicles.  Click Community Rules to review the Pasadera Heights HOA Rule 15.   • Saturday, June 21st (projected date):  Community-Wide Yard Sale
  • Saturday, August 2nd (tentative date):  Hot August Nights BBQ & kids bike parade

BOARD MEETINGS
Wednesday, April 23rd to Wednesday, November 26th, 6:30pm at Lake Stevens Fire Station #82 @ 9811 Chapel Hill Rd., Lk. Stevens
The Board of Directors holds their monthly meetings on the 4th Wednesday evening of each month, January through November.  Exceptions to start time and date are posted in Upcoming Events.  Members are always welcome to attend and the first 10 minutes of each meeting is reserved for open forum.
Your Board wants to hear from you!  Stay involved and make an impact in your community.
